Since announcing the opening of our offices in Canada a year ago, and the arrival of two wonderful collaborators to strengthen the Canadian team, MOBiDYS Canada has enjoyed significant growth and success, marked among other things by solid partnerships and high expectations from the educational community.

Here's a look back at the highlights of this first year from the perspective of Domitille Cochard and Mahaut Geffroy, who have helped consolidate our position in the Canadian market.

Significant expansion in Canada, intensified over the past year

Since 2022, we have expanded our Canadian catalog: today, 176 titles are included thanks to agreements with over 15 local publishers, offering a diversified library of enriched books designed to help people with specific learning disabilities and adapt to the needs of all students.

"The Lireedoo platform, has already been the subject of a dozen pilot projects in schools, including three in Louisiana coming soon, which will enable us to expand our reach and impact beyond Canadian borders."

Domitille Cochard, Business Development Manager at MOBiDYS Canada.

Today, 46% of the Quebec population has access to our FROG books thanks to our BibliOdyssée collection, deployed in the Quebec library network and with 238 subscribing libraries to date. This increased accessibility reinforces our mission to make reading accessible to all.

This success is reflected in the libraries, with over 20,000 loans registered on Biblius for the 2022-2023 school year, a platform that deploys digital book loans in Quebec school libraries and demonstrates the growing demand for our FROG books.

A year strengthened by prizes and awards that reinforce the importance of our international mission

This past year, we had the opportunity to meet teachers, librarians and partners at a dozen trade fairs, most recently at the Salon du livre de Montréal, where FROG technology received rave reviews. All these meetings enabled us to present our resources and strengthen our ties with our partners.

During the awards ceremony organized by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Canada, MOBiDYS also won the "Best French Success Story in Quebec" award in the Start-up category.

A rich and varied library thanks to partnerships with major players in the field of inclusion

The richness of our offer also lies in the strength of our partnerships. With over fifteen publishers to our credit, including the recent major partnership with De Marque, we aim to offer students a rich catalog that is as close as possible to teachers' expectations. On the one hand, with Lireedoo, the school library for all students in Canada, and BibliOdyssée for Canadian libraries.

"With an attractive digital book offer and high-performance technology, we will continue to adapt books to enrich our libraries and thus meet the diverse needs of all students so that FROG technology becomes a standard."

Mahaut Geffroy, Business Development Manager at MOBiDYS Canada.

This is an opportunity to thank the publishers who have placed their trust in us, and who have recognized the growing and necessary need for an adapted digital resource that gives the power to read, especially to those who are most in difficulty: dys, allophones, or with special educational needs.
