In February 2019, the Quebec Ministry of Education signed a contract with Bibliopresto to develop and deploy a digital book lending platform in Quebec school libraries. FROG books are available for purchase on Biblius, in shared or local collections.

Shared collection

Quebec public schools have had free access to 29 FROG titles since September 2022 via the Biblius platform's shared collection, thanks to funding from the Quebec Ministry of Education. The adapted titles were selected in collaboration with teachers, and are among the most popular books in school libraries.

Local collection

Enjoy access to books in an accessible format through the purchase of single titles, available through the local Biblius collection.
